This website is operated by Haunted Whiskers. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products and pricing We make every effort to display our products and colors accurately, but your screen may show them slightly differently. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Product images are for illustration; the actual product may vary slightly.

2. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Payment Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store your full payment details.

4. Shipping and returns Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Safe use of pet costumes Our costumes are intended for short, supervised wear only. Never leave a costume on a pet unattended. Remove the costume immediately if your pet shows signs of distress, difficulty breathing or movement. Check the fit before use; small parts and accessories may be a choking hazard. Haunted Whiskers is not liable for injury or damage resulting from unsupervised or improper use.

6. Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Haunted Whiskers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haunted Whiskers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.
