Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time Estimated delivery time after your order ships is 10–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs, weather or high-volume holiday periods.

Halloween deadline To receive your order in time for Halloween (October 31), please place your order by October 15. Orders placed after that date may still arrive for fall photos and parties, but we can't guarantee delivery before October 31.

Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear.

Customs, duties and taxes Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple items If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away if you need to correct an address.
